Amidst the escalating India – Pakistan war tensions, Arijit Singh has postponed his much awaited concert in Abu Dhabi.
In the wake of rising of tensions between India and Pakistan following Operation Sindoor, Indian playback singer Arijit Singh has postponed his much anticipated concert in Abu Dhabi. The concert was originally scheduled for May 9, 2025, at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
Arijit Singh posted a message on his official Instagram account to inform his fans about the postponing his concert. The post read, “Dear fans, due to recent events, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Arijit Singh live concert in Abu Dhabi, originally scheduled for 9 May 2025, at Etihad Arena , Yas Island. We deeply appreciate your patience, support and understanding during this time.”
Further his team also gave details about the tickets. It read, “We are working closely with the venue and the new date will be announced soon. All the purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, or you may opt for a full refund within 7 days, starting from 12 May 2025. Thank you for your continued love and support, we look forward to creating unforgettable memories with you soon.”
This is not the first time that the renowned singer has postponed his concert. Last month, he cancelled his concert in Chennai, which was planned for April 27, 2025. Arijit Singh chose to cancel his show as a tribute and respect to the victims of deadly Pahalgam terror attack.
